I recently attended IAA22 in Hanover, the largest heavy duty trade show in the world. With Covid regulations easing up these large trade shows will become more common again thankfully. Everything was right up my street of course, industrial winches, cranes and tanks, perfect sci-fi inspiration!
The reason from my vist was to check out the VR experience my team had built for Volvo Trucks to showcase the new Electric models. Created in Unreal Engine, the on-rails experience allowed visitors a quiet space to take 5 mins and relax while gaining insight into the new features of the electric vehicle.
